Next, we’ll present our existing home plans for you to pick from along with the list of the options that are included in that plan as part of our standard build.

Construction Begins
The construction process involves four main stages: excavation & foundation, framing & rough-ins, drywall, and finishing. The normal timeline for a home construction is 5-6 months.
Preparing for Possession
At the finishing stage, the finishing touches are going to be underway, and your possession date will be fast-approaching. This is the best time for you to arrange your movers, make appointments to hook up telephone and internet services, request an alarm installation, and change your mailing address.
Possession
It’s time for us to hand over the keys! We’ll walk through your home together to familiarize you with your new space and all its features, and we’ll also be sure to address any questions or concerns you may have. Once you’re comfortable, there’s just one thing left for us to say: Welcome to your new home!
